Our expertise in junction and signal operations involves the modelling and testing of individual signal-controlled & priority junctions in smaller linked networks.

This approach, although less detailed than micro-simulation, allows for the rapid testing of new traffic signal schemes involving large numbers of alternative options. It is often used to establish and refine the optimal schemes to be taken forward for more comprehensive testing in micro-simulation models, serving as a useful and broadly used stand-alone tool to aid in the preliminary design process.
